About Competency Coach

What is Competency Coach?

Competency Coach is the result of a European Erasmus+ KA2 project: Comprehensive Competency Guidance Process for Young People with Fewer Opportunities. The project aimed to help young people recognise, articulate, and strengthen their transversal competencies through structured, supportive coaching.

It also aimed to equip youth workers and related professionals with usable tools and session frameworks that can be applied in real youth work and guidance contexts.

What other tools are available?

The Competency Coach Course is compatible with the Competency Validation Process delivered through
the Competent web app and its accompanying Check Activities.
